At Adventur Next, we are passionate about creating memorable outdoor experiences. While our team brings extensive hiking and trekking experience to every event, please be aware that mountain hiking carries inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:

    . Slips, trips, or falls on uneven terrain

    . Encounters with venomous wildlife or insects

    . Sudden weather changes leading to heatstroke, dehydration, or hypothermia

    . Physical exhaustion or altitude-related illnesses

    . Other unforeseen accidents or natural hazards

Your participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. By signing up for or attending any Adventur Next event, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in such activities.

By registering for this event, you, on behalf of yourself, your guests, heirs, and minors:

    . Agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless

Adventur Next, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your participation,

even if caused by negligence.

    . Understand that Adventur Next is a non-commercial, non-profit community group

and does not employ certified guides or medical professionals.

    . Accept full responsibility for your own safety, health, and personal belongings

during all events.

📸 Media Consent

Adventur Next reserves the right to capture photographs and videos during events. These may be used in promotional materials, social media, websites, or other media platforms.

    . By attending, you grant permission

for your image to be used without compensation or further consent.

    . To protect privacy, children’s images will not be identified by full name or personal details

without prior written consent from a parent or guardian.

    . If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event organizers in writing and provide a reference photo for identification. This will be kept confidential and respected to the best of our ability.

🚫 Use of Media by Third Parties

No individual or organization unaffiliated with Adventur Next may use, reproduce, alter, or distribute any photographs, videos, or media content from our events without prior written permission from an authorized representative of Adventur Next.

Adventur Next is an informal, non-commercial community group not licensed or registered as a business or professional guiding entity in the United Arab Emirates. By participating in our events, you acknowledge and accept that all activities are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. Any disputes or legal matters arising in connection with your participation shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under whose jurisdiction such matters will fall.
